League Two side AFC Wimbledon have taken Cambridge United striker Saikou Janneh on loan until the season wraps up.
The 23-year-old has found the net once in 17 games for the U’s across all competitions since moving to the League One club from Bristol City last summer.
Janneh, who’s Gambian, has also spent time on loan at Torquay United, Newport County, and Shrewsbury Town before.
He is the fourth player Johnnie Jackson has brought into Wimbledon during this January transfer window.
“Saikou is an exciting forward player who can play on both wings and through the centre,” Jackson told the club website., external
“He’s different to what we’ve got already because he brings electric pace.”
