We’re sad to share that Rosa passed away at 84 years old. She’s now with her husband Felice, who died in 1998. She was a loving mom to Diana Romanzin (Renato), Susy Caruana (Emanuele), and Sonia De Rose. A proud grandma to Anthony, Massimo, Gianluca, Anthony, and Felicia. Close friend to Antonio Piccinin. Her parents Guido and Giorgina Benvenuto went before her. She was the dear sister of the late Paolo (the late Marietta), the late Alfredo (Emma), Maria (Silvano), Ida (the late Luigi), Angelo (Sue), and Mario (Mitzi). Many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends will miss her.
Rosa really enjoyed spending time in her garden and cooking meals for everyone at home. She loved traveling too-it took her on some great trips over the years. What she valued most was being around family and friends.

You can visit Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – South Chapel (3048 Dougall Ave, 519-253-7236) on Thursday January 22, 2026 from 2pm-5pm and again from 7pm-9pm. Parish prayers are at 4:30pm that day. Visitation continues Friday January 23 until the chapel service starts at 10:30am. Burial follows at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
