along with other services offered (together called the “Services”). Front Runner Professional (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the right at our sole discretion to update, change or modify (the “changes”) any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. Any changes will be marked by showing the date when these Terms were last updated.
Changes will take effect no sooner than fourteen (14) days after posting unless they relate to new Service features or legal requirements, which will take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Services after those changes come into effect means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: Anyone under 18 years old can’t use the Services without permission. Users aged 13 to 17 may use them only if a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 agrees to supervise and follow these Terms, taking responsibility for their use. The Company has the right to refuse anyone’s access or cancel, pause or remove any Campaigns, Donations, or Services anytime without being liable for it.
Definitions: In this agreement, “Campaign Organizers” means people raising money through campaigns called “Campaigns.” Similarly, “Donors” are those who give money called “Donations.” All Campaign Organizers, Donors and others visiting the Services are known as “Users.” Also included in “Campaign Organizers” are individuals designated as beneficiaries of Campaigns.
Services: We provide a platform (the “Platform”) for Users where Campaign Organizers can post Campaigns and receive Donations from Donors. There’s no charge to set up a Campaign but a percentage of each Donation goes toward fees covering our Services plus third-party payment processing costs. The Company may change or stop offering Services temporarily or permanently with or without notice. You agree we won’t be responsible for any losses caused by such changes or shutdowns. We’re not liable if data gets deleted or isn’t saved correctly on our platform. Using mobile devices might involve standard charges from your carrier like data fees; some Services might not work perfectly on all devices or networks. By using our Services on your phone, you accept that we may send messages about Company updates via SMS/MMS/texts and receive info about your usage electronically too.
Charitable Giving: Keep in mind that Campaigns aren’t charities where donations qualify as tax-deductible gifts. Some unrelated business partners process Donations charging their own fees apart from ours (“Front Runner Professional Fee”). We want you to know Company isn’t a charity itself nor does it ask for charitable donations directly – just acts as a middleman handling payments between Donors and Organizers only.
Administrative Platform Only: Our role is limited strictly to facilitating payments between Donors and Campaign Organizers; we’re not involved in agreements between them beyond that point. We’re not agents, brokers, banks or insurers for users in any way whatsoever – no control over what organizers do nor what info they provide – so we disclaim all responsibility there including campaign results or success rates entirely! It’s up to donors alone whether they want to donate after checking out campaign details themselves carefully first since all giving happens voluntarily & carries risks accordingly; we don’t promise funds go exactly as intended either – nor endorse safety/legal status of campaigns! Tax treatment decisions on donations rest fully with donors too!
No Verification of Campaign Information: We don’t check facts provided by campaign organizers nor guarantee donations get used per stated goals; we aren’t responsible if laws aren’t followed either when spending donations given through us hereon out – so please be aware!
Your Registration Obligations: Some parts of our Services require signing up with us first before access is granted.
When registering you must give accurate current info about yourself as asked.
Organizers especially must register truthfully including real names/images representing themselves.
Registration details fall under our Privacy Policy rules.
Those under age 13 cannot sign up at all.
Minors aged 13-17 need guardian approval whether signed up formally online OR just browsing services too.
You may also need accounts with other providers connected through us like payment handlers – though we’re not responsible how they perform once linked,
but info sharing happens between us & them purely so everything works smoothly together overall here.
Public Display of Donations: Donors can choose whether their donation amount shows publicly on site pages visible worldwide OR remains private just shared directly with campaign beneficiary(ies). To keep things confidential during donation steps simply tick off privacy option accordingly.

Payment of Donations: To donate someone needs to provide valid credit card data (like VISA/Master Card/Discover/American Express) securely through us here; donors confirm that payment method belongs legitimately to them & grants permission for charges accordingly.
Minimum donation limits may apply sometimes & once given payments cannot be refunded back generally speaking unless stated otherwise clearly upfront somewhere obvious beforehand.
Donors should keep billing info updated continuously if anything changes quickly – ongoing scheduled payments authorized remain billable until cancelled explicitly inside platform tools available online anytime easy enough done!
Fees: Setting up campaigns costs nothing upfront from organizers but each donation includes deductions from total amounts:
Four percent (4%) kept by Front Runner Professional (“Front Runner Professional Fee”),
Plus additional fees charged separately by external payment processors (“Processing Fee”).
By donating folks acknowledge acceptance also applying terms posted separately by those third party processors alongside this agreement here too exactly as published publicly always available easily found online somewhere anyhow likely linked somewhere also within website footer etc.
