Waterloo Regional Police are looking into a traffic safety issue that happened in Cambridge.
Around 2:25 p. m. on Monday, April 27, someone saw a black 2014 Ford F-150 pickup truck dragging a big piece of concrete tied with a tow strap.
The truck was heading south on Lisbon Pines Drive when the concrete slab came loose, forcing the car behind it to swerve quickly to avoid hitting it.
The witness told police the vehicle following almost hit the concrete piece.
Authorities want to find and talk to both the truck driver and the driver of the car behind. They’re also asking anyone who might have dashcam or security camera footage from near Lisbon Pines Drive to come forward.
