This is just like the kind of warning your mom used to give.
Police say a man acting suspiciously was spotted on the grounds of an elementary school in Cambridge, trying to hand out candy to kids.
The incident took place on Nov. 27 at about 1:30 p. m., when officers responded to reports in the Silver Heights area about a suspicious guy entering school property while students were still there.
Staff members who were outside at that time confronted the man and told him to leave, according to police.
Thankfully, no one reported feeling threatened or hurt during this.
The suspect is described as a Black male in his early twenties with long curly hair. He wore a big puffy jacket, a black winter hat, and had a skateboard with him.
The police want to find and talk to this person.
