Trinity Centres Cambridge is a group set up just to buy and manage the property at 15 Wellington Street in Cambridge, Ontario. On September 21, a receiver was put in charge of its property after Coldpoint Holdings Ltd., which was owed about $1.8 million, asked for it. The company is run together by River City Christian Reformed Church, which rents the property primarily, and Trinity Centres Foundation. Deloitte got the job as receiver. Coldpoint’s lawyer is TGF; River City Christian Reformed Church is represented by Weintraub Erskine Huang; Graham Singh and Trinity Centres Foundation have Aird & Berlis; Peter Elgersma has Teplitsky Colson; and Crawley Mc Ewan Brush acts for the company.
