Alexander “Al/Alex” Morrison
October 9, 1937 – April 22, 2026
Alexander “Al/Alex” Morrison quietly passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his dear wife Shirley May (Grosse, 2012); his son Alex (1989); infant daughter June; grandson Alex (1981); and his parents Alexander (1993) and Myrel (Dancey, 2013). He leaves behind his children Michael (Dawn), Penny, and Helen; siblings Bill (Mary), Judy St. Pierre (Rosaire, 2010), Linda Hancock and Suzanne (Bob); plus nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many in-laws along with nieces and nephews.
Alex will be warmly thought of by Jo-Anne Drouillard and family as well as everyone at the Village of St. Clair-especially the Oldcastle staff who cared for him like family. A big thanks to Angela for being there with him during his final moments.
Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, 2026 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and again from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (CENTRAL) – call 519-253-7234 or visit them at 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. The chapel service will happen Monday morning, April 27 at 10am right there in the chapel. Burial will follow at Our Lady of The Lake Cemetery located at1500 Drouillard Rd.
