Taylor Bradford Green - Obituary - Northwest Ontario

It’s with heavy hearts we share the sudden loss of Taylor Bradford Green, a dear son, fiancé, brother, nephew, cousin and friend, who passed away on April 1, 2026, at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Taylor ran Sleeping Giant Biscotti Company and was well-known among many local and regional shops and customers. He had this great knack for coming up with tons of biscotti flavours-actually the biggest selection you’d find anywhere in Canada.

He loved traveling around Canada. Even though his time was short, he had been to or worked in eleven out of thirteen provinces and territories. Along the way, he met lots of people, gained experiences and built up this crazy amount of knowledge that impressed everyone who heard him talk. He dreamed about traveling the world one day with his fiancée – places like Scotland, England and New Zealand were high on that list.

Taylor is deeply missed by his mom Marianne Hobbs; fiancée Andrea Hinsperger; brother Spencer Green; uncles Brad Green and Frank (Tammy) Hobbs; aunts Lee Cranton and Kelly Green; many cousins plus family and friends in England; as well as soon-to-be in-laws Jackie & John Hinsperger and Michael Hinsperger & Melissa Hinsperger.

He was preceded in death by his dad John Spencer Green; grandparents Derek & Pamela Hobbs, Ruby & Aldo Casella, John & Jean Green; and more recently by uncle Ian Hobbs.

The funeral will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 11:00 a. m., at Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel located at 21 N. Court Street.

If you wish to honor him without sending flowers, please consider donating to Thunder Bay & District Humane Society instead.
