Police are reaching out to the community for help locating an 84-year-old man from Cambridge, Ont., who has gone missing.
They’re calling him Maxime, and he was last seen near Henry Street on Thursday.
Authorities say they’re worried about how he’s doing.
Maxime is about five feet, four inches tall, with an average build, short buzzed hair and a grey goatee.
Police posted on X, formerly Twitter, about the missing man. (@wrpstoday/x)
When he disappeared, he was wearing black rimmed glasses, an olive green Gilligan hat with straps and a pin in front, a black faux leather jacket, white dress shirt and pants that show above his grey winter boots.
The police shared a map marking an area where they want folks to check any CCTV or camera footage from noon ET Thursday through Friday.
Police have released a map with a radius around where Maxime went missing. They’re asking anyone who may have CCTV footage in that area to review it in the hopes of finding Maxime. (Waterloo Regional Police Service/@wrpstoday/X)
