Brian became a caring dad to Joseph Breiland, Elianne Button (Nick), Etienne Breiland, Lesly Breiland and together they welcomed Hannah Breiland (Jordan). They lived in Douala until moving back to Thunder Bay in 2015. There Brian reconnected with cousins from the Breiland, Watson and Engberg families. Throughout everything he supported his family-his kids and wife-and always pushed for peace and keeping everyone close. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather as well as a brother, cousin , uncle , and friend.
Brian leaves behind his wife Liliane; children Bonnie , Heather , Dawn , Joseph , Elianne , Etienne , Lesly , and Hannah; grandchildren Kaylie , Jacob , Joey , Journey , Sophia , Calvin, and Luna. Known for being kindhearted, honest, funny, and dependable. He loved telling stories and music meant a lot to him. Brian was predeceased by parents Haakon , Verna, Louise, and brother Stanley.
