RAWLYK, Carole (née Lafrenière)
The family sadly shares that she passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the age of 77.
Daughter of the late Larry Sager and Millie (née Lafrenière) Sager. She was married to Dave Rawlyk for 60 years. Proud mom to Christine Rawlyk (Matt) and David Jr. Grandma to Samantha Tessier (Paul), the late Sarah Rawlyk, Megan Rawlyk and Trevor Rawlyk. Great-grandma to Caylee Tessier, Ezren and Byron. She was predeceased by her brother Richard “Dick” Sager (Lori). Many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends will miss her a lot. Her grand cats Minou and Oliver will also be missed dearly.
Carole loved her gardens – she put so much care into them – as well as knitting and playing guitar music. She enjoyed time spent at the trailer on Manitoulin Island. Sitting on the deck with coffee in hand while watching flowers bloom and observing chipmunks and other wildlife was something she really liked. As per Carole’s wishes there won’t be any visitation.
