With great sadness, we share that Georgina Lee Harron from Rosslyn, Ontario has passed away. Surrounded by family, she left us on April 2, 2026 at Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre. Born on May 10th, 1956, Georgina was married for 52 years to her devoted husband Dean.
She was a loving wife, mom, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many people. Georgina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lakehead University and spent many years driving a school bus-she truly loved safely getting “her kids” to and from school. She enjoyed making candles and balms and spending time in her garden watching the birds. Taking care of her family always came first for her; that was the heart of everything she did.
Georgina is survived by her husband Howard Dean Harron; two sons, Dean and Taylor; daughter Jennifer; granddaughter Emma; grandsons William and Colin; brother Don; sisters Ruby and Mailyn; along with friends and family near and far. A celebration of life will be planned later. She showed everyone around her what real unconditional love means. Georgina will live forever in our hearts, memories, and souls-may she rest peacefully.
