It’s with heavy hearts that the family shares the sudden passing of David Allan Andrews, who died peacefully at his home on January 18, 2026, aged 56.
David leaves behind his kids, Keegan Andrews (Hayley Willis) and Braiden Andrews (Maeve Finlay), along with their mom, Crystal Andrews. His mother Sandra Andrews; brother Wayne Andrews (Natasha Andrews); and sisters Tammy Andrews (Scott Cook) and Candace Andrews will miss him greatly.
He was preceded in death by his dad Leslie Andrews and grandparents Gavin and Vera Ray, as well as Douglas and Marie Andrews.
Originally from the Owen Sound area, David got to live out his dream of retiring in Northern Ontario during his later years. Fishing was a big part of who he was-he found so much peace and happiness out on the lake surrounded by nature.
A guy who always aimed high and put in the work to get there, David was also pretty handy. He took pride in fixing up his homes himself-making them stronger and nicer with his own hands.
People will remember him for being determined, loving the outdoors, skilled with tools, and especially for how much he cared about his kids. He leaves behind plenty of moments to look back on fondly.
