The redevelopment aims to add new office and lab spaces designed both for startups and well-established companies in science, innovation, and tech sectors – all expected to bring thousands of new jobs. Alongside that, hundreds of homes plus new spots for leisure, shops, and community use are planned.
Cafés and stores will line a fresh high street area while bars and restaurants should help liven up evenings in the park.
There are also plans for a guided bus stop along with better bike routes.
This park is set to become an important entrance point to the developing North East Cambridge Innovation District.
You can check out interactive displays at Byron House on Cambridge Business Park from 4-8pm this Thursday (13 November) and again between 10am-2pm on Saturday (15 November).
All exhibition info plus a survey will be online starting Thursday at cambridgebusinesspark. commonplace. is/.
