Della quietly passed on Friday, February 15, 2019, surrounded by family, at the age of 97. She was the wife of Herbert Patterson who predeceased her. She leaves behind her niece Elaine Vye and great nieces Leianne Vye-Rogers (Greg) and Nancy Vye-Brady (Randall), as well as two brothers-in-law Nelson (Marilyn) and Max (Carolyn), sister-in-law Gwen Mac Kenzie, plus many other nieces and nephews across generations.
A Funeral Service will take place at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street, (just a block north of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 1:00pm.
