Did you always want to be a real estate agent?
Not really. I kind of stumbled into real estate without planning it as my career. But I met someone who became my mentor and by age 18 I had my license. From there I found my passion for this field.
What do you think drives your success?
It’s all about knowing your client well and helping them reach their goals. Staying consistent with everything from strategy to marketing is key. We spend more on marketing than other agents and that helps me get great results for clients. Billboards, bus ads, social media campaigns, sponsoring sports teams and print ads-my marketing never misses a beat.
You’ve sold over $2 billion worth of homes-is that right?
Yeah! It’s been nearly three decades now working in this industry and passing $2 billion in sales was a big milestone.
Faisal tied the knot with his wife Natalie back in 2000. They have two kids: Yusuf born in 2002 and Anisa born in 2005. This November marks his 30th year working professionally in real estate.
