PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE (AS EXPLAINED HERE).
By accessing this Website, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
If you don’t agree with these Terms and Conditions, PLEASE DO NOT use this Website (as described here).
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Book Of Memories websites (the “Website”)
and related services (together the “Services”). Front Runner Professional (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) keeps the right, at our sole discretion, to change or update (the “changes”) any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. Whenever changes happen, we’ll note the date when these Terms were last updated.
Changes will take effect no sooner than fourteen (14) days after posting; however, changes involving new Service features or legal requirements will be effective immediately.
By continuing to use the Services after those changes go live, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
Who can use it: People under 18 can’t use the Services without permission. If you’re between 13 and 17 years old, you may use it only if a parent or legal guardian who’s 18 or older agrees to supervise you and follow these Terms on your behalf. The Company can refuse service or suspend any Campaign, Donation, or Service at any time without being liable for it.
Definitions: When we say “Campaign Organizers,” we mean those raising money through campaigns called “Campaigns.” Donors are people giving money (“Donations”). Together with other visitors using the Services, they’re all called “Users.” Also, “Campaign Organizers” includes anyone named as a beneficiary of a Campaign.
Services: We provide this platform (“Platform”) so Users can post Campaigns to get Donations from Donors. While setting up a Campaign is free, each Donation has fees taken out for our Services and third-party payment processors. We may change or stop offering parts of the Services anytime with or without notice. You agree not to hold us responsible if that happens. We aren’t liable if any data uploaded gets deleted or lost either. Using our Services on mobile might cost extra depending on your wireless carrier’s rates and rules – some features might not even work with all devices or carriers. By using our Services on your phone, you allow us to send messages like SMS/MMS about Company info to your device and share some usage details with us too.
Charitable Giving: Keep in mind that Campaigns are not official charities where donations are tax-deductible. Donations might be handled by an unrelated business partner who charges processing fees beyond our own Front Runner Professional Fee. You understand that Company isn’t a charity itself nor does it collect donations for others – we just help process payments between Donors and Campaign Organizers here.
Administrative Platform Only: Our role is only as an administrator helping move Donations from Donors to Campaign Organizers; we’re not involved in agreements between them directly nor act as brokers or financial institutions here. We have no control over what information organizers share nor do we guarantee anything about how successful campaigns might be – that’s on Donors’ judgment alone before donating since all contributions are voluntary risks they take themselves. There’s no promise Donations will be used exactly as said either – donors should ask questions before donating if they want more info! We don’t vouch for safety, legality, quality of campaigns either nor give tax advice about donations made through us.
No Verification of Campaign Information: We don’t check whether campaign info provided by organizers is accurate nor promise donations get used strictly according to their stated purpose – we assume no responsibility verifying compliance with laws here either.
Your Registration Obligations: To access certain parts of our Services you might need an account registered with true details about yourself when asked during sign-up forms – including real names & images if you’re organizing campaigns. Anyone under 13 can’t register or use Services at all while users aged under 18 need parental approval first. Some features also require signing up separately through third party providers like payment processors & agreeing their terms too but we aren’t responsible for those relationships though we may pass info along needed for those services.
Public Display of Donations: When donating someone else’s campaign online donors get choice whether their donation shows publicly or remains private among just beneficiary parties by ticking checkbox during donation process itself – see Privacy Policy if interested in details about how info gets collected/used/stored from these activities.
Payment of Donations: To give money toward campaigns donors must provide credit card details such as VISA/Master Card/Discover/American Express etc., guaranteeing they have authority over said card/payment method used. Minimum donation amounts could apply sometimes plus remember all payments made are final without refunds available later. Also donors agree keeping payment info current & allowing company billing credit cards repeatedly until donor cancels ongoing payments via platform options available.
Fees: There aren’t upfront charges for starting campaigns but company keeps four percent (4%) from every donation received (“Front Runner Professional Fee”). Another cut goes directly to third-party payment processors (“Processing Fee”) which varies based on location:
• US Users ONLY: Third party processor takes 2.9% plus $0.30 per donation when paying via VISA/Master Card/Discover cards, & " American Express" pays higher fee at 3.4% plus $0.30 per transaction.
• CA Users ONLY: Same fees apply here – 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction on Visa/Mastercard/Discover & amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; q Am Ex" s slightly higher at 3.4 % +$0.30 respectively. 升
The Tribute Pay Fees together with Processing Fees (“Fees”) come straight outta every single Donation so they won’t show up in what organizers actually pull out later from campaign funds.
We can tweak Fees now & then but always let folks know ahead – usually minimum two weeks heads-up before changing stuff kicks in.
Using services past fee updates means accepting them automatically.
