Mr. Conrad Girard
January 23, 1938 – March 30, 2026
Conrad passed away peacefully on Monday, March 30th, 2026 at the Lady Minto Hospital’s Palliative Care Unit. He was 88 years old. He is now reunited with his dad Léo Girard, mom Marie Rose Girard (nee Tousignant), wife Anita Girard (nee De Joseph), daughter Cindy Lou Girard, and siblings Albert (Jeannine), Fern (late Emma), Denis-Paul (late Jeannine), Lucien (Betty), Lina (late Nick), Edgar (late Lucille) and baby Mariette.
He’ll be greatly missed by his daughter Michelle Girard, son Dave Girard (Kelly Frank), grandchildren Shayna Langlois, Chad (Savanna) Langlois and Shawn Cavar (Alyssa Carriere), great-grandchildren Elizabeth and Avery Langlois, plus brothers Lauré (Huguette) Girard and André (Mariette) Girard. Conrad also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Friends and family are invited to visit at Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home located at 641 de Troyes Avenue in Iroquois Falls on Tuesday April 7th, 2026 from 2 to 4 pm. Afterwards there will be a celebration of his life at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall on Devonshire Avenue in Iroquois Falls.
