These Terms and Conditions control how you use the Book Of Memories websites (the “Website”)
and related services (together called the “Services”). Front Runner Professional (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the
right to change or update (the “changes”) these Terms and Conditions anytime for any reason. We’ll note when they were last updated.
Changes take effect at least fourteen (14) days after posting, except changes for new Service features or legal reasons, which apply immediately.
Using the Services after changes means you accept those updates fully.

Eligibility: If you’re under 18 years old, you need permission to use the Services.
Those between 13 and 17 can use it only if a parent or guardian over 18 agrees to these Terms and takes responsibility for your use.
We reserve the right to refuse anyone’s access or cancel any Campaigns, Donations, or Services at any time without liability.

Definitions: Here, “Campaign Organizers” are people raising money through fundraising efforts called “Campaigns.” “Donors” give money through Donations. Together with other visitors, we call all of them “Users.” The term also includes anyone named as a beneficiary of Campaigns.

Services: Our platform (the “Platform”) lets Users create Campaigns where Donors can give Donations. It doesn’t cost anything to start a Campaign but we take a small fee from each Donation for our Services and third-party payment processors. We might change or stop offering parts of the Services anytime without notice.  You agree that we won’t be responsible if that happens.  We aren’t liable if data uploaded by users is deleted or lost.  If you use your phone to access us, standard carrier fees may apply.  Also some carriers might block certain parts of our Service.  By using it on mobile, you accept that we can send info by text message or similar ways about our services and your usage. 

Charitable Giving: Campaigns aren’t official charities so donations here aren’t tax-deductible gifts.  Your Donation may be handled by outside partners who charge their own processing fees in addition to ours.  Company itself isn’t a charity nor does it ask for charitable donations for itself or others – just acts as a middleman to process payments.

Administrative Platform Only: We only provide an admin platform facilitating payments between Campaign Organizers and Donors,  not acting as broker/agent/bank/creditor etc.  We have no control over what organizers do & disclaim all responsibility about campaigns’ success/outcomes.  Donors must decide themselves whether or not they want to contribute &  should check out organizers before donating since all donations are voluntary & risky.  No promises that funds will be used as said.   

No Verification of Campaign Information: We don’t verify info given by Campaign Organizers nor guarantee how Donations get used against stated purposes nor ensure laws are followed.

Your Registration Obligations: You might have to sign up with us before accessing some features of the Service.   If registering, & nbsp ; you promise your info is true & amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp; amp;; accurate &; current.& nbsp ; Organizers must register honestly with real names & s pictures representing themselves.'''''''’`
