Waterloo Regional Police say two staff members were sexually assaulted at a Cambridge business just after midnight.
The call came in around 12:15 a. m. Tuesday, reporting a man who reportedly got inside the business through a drive-thru window near Eagle Street and Hespeler Road.
Police mentioned the suspect had a weapon and there was a confrontation with two employees. Both workers were sexually assaulted and suffered minor injuries.
Officers arrived quickly on scene and arrested the suspect.
A 32-year-old man from Cambridge faces several charges, including sexual assault while armed.
